Sherette Constant

Biography

Sherette A. Constant is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, serving as Head of North America Firm Resilience and Global Head of Third-Party Technology Risk and Resilience. Over 25+ years, she led Technology Operational Support across ISG and Wealth Management. A dedicated D&I champion, she co-chairs RED (Race and Ethnic Diversity in Technology) and Black Employee Network's Representation and Professional Development Pillar. Her honors include NSBE's Outstanding Women in Technology Award and CUP's Tech Catalyst Award. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management Science from Tuskegee University and resides in New Jersey with her family.
