Yanizka is a technology leader with over 19 years of experience driving large-scale transformations. She currently serves as Senior Director of Technology Program Management for Developer Experience at a Fortune 500 financial services company. Previously, she spent nearly a decade managing risk, data, and compliance at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Due to these experiences, she now leads teams through complex, high-pressure technology initiatives with confidence and clarity. Yanizka is passionate about building high-performing teams, scaling organizations, and empowering women in tech leadership.
