Biography

Zekarias Amsalu is a fintech entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and Co-Founder of the Africa Fintech Summit, a premier biannual gathering connecting leaders across Africa and global markets. He's also Founder and Managing Director of Ibex Frontier LLC, a Washington, D.C. based consultancy helping organizations navigate African markets. Through the summit and his Alpha Expo Micro Accelerator & Pitch Competition, Zekarias helped more than 100 African startups gain visibility, investor connections, and access to over $2 million in awards and benefits. He's contributed to events at the African Union, United Nations & US-Africa Investment Summit.
